2.3 Providing Accurate Information
It is mandatory to provide complete, truthful and accurate information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is a violation of the Terms, and in such cases naad88 reserves the right to close the account and refuse payment of any amounts due.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. naad88 will not be liable if your login details are disclosed to a third party.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

- Proof of residential address

- Information on the source of funds (if required)

3.3 Account Closure and Suspension
naad88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or dishonest activity
- Bonus abuse
- Money laundering or suspicious transactions
- Operating multiple accounts

4.1 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from the account holder's own payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted. Once a deposit is successful, it will be credited to the account balance immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:
- Your account is fully verified
- The wagering requirements of all active bonuses have been met
- The withdrawal amount is a minimum of ৳500
The requested funds will be returned via the original deposit method.
4.3 Failed Transactions
If any transaction fails due to a technical issue or network disruption, please contact the naad88 support team. The payment provider's own refund policy will apply in the case of failed transactions.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at naad88 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (the total of the original deposit plus the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times).
For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus will be awarded only once and cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
- No withdrawal may be made before the wagering requirements are met.
- All winnings earned using a bonus are withdrawable, but only after the relevant wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
- naad88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
The naad88 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% weekly cashback) and Platinum (up to 1.5% weekly cashback).
Advancement to each tier is determined by consistency of play and activity. VIP benefits and cashback terms apply separately, and naad88 reserves the right to modify them at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the naad88 platform:
- Bonus arbitrage or systematic abuse of bonuses
- Fraud using multiple accounts
- Use of automated software, bots or scripts
- Collusion or cooperation with other users
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Intentionally exploiting platform technical errors or bugs
- Use of third-party payment methods
- Operating an account using another person's identity
If any of the above activities are detected, naad88 will permanently close the account and forfeit all balances and rewards.
Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Finality of Bets
A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, however naad88 reserves the right to void a bet due to a technical error. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the account.
7.2 Incorrect Odds
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or human error, naad88 reserves the right to void such bets. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be corrected to the prevailing market price.
7.3 Sports Betting
In sports betting, naad88's decision is final in determining results. In the event of a match being cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the rules of the relevant sport. For live betting, the odds applicable at the time the bet is placed will be considered accepted.
7.4 Casino Games
All casino games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. Live casino games are operated by independent third-party providers.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
15.3 No Waiver
If naad88 does not enforce these terms in a particular instance, that shall not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce them in any future instance.
